　NTNは、2021年2月5日開催の取締役会において、鵜飼英一取締役執行役常務が4月1日付で執行役社長 CEOに昇格する人事を決定した。次期中期経営計画「DRIVE NTN100 Phase2」において、事業構造の変革（Transformation)を加速するとともに、財務体質を強化し、経営環境の変化に対応できる企業体質の構築を図る。大久保博司社長は代表権のない取締役に就く。

堀場テクノサービス、事業強化・拡大で新本社ビル

　堀場製作所（ https://www.horiba.com/ ）のグループ会社で製品メンテナンスや受託試験などのサービス事業を行う堀場テクノサービス（ https://www.horiba.com/jp/horiba-techno-service/home/ ）は2月5日、サービス事業の基幹拠点である本社ビルを堀場製作所の隣接地に新設した。

　国内外におけるサービス事業の強化と拡大を目的にショールームを兼ねた分析ラボを拡張し「Analytical Solution Plaza（アナリティカル ソリューション プラザ）」として開設するとともに、トレーニング施設や校正施設などあらゆる機能を集約、拡充した。世界29の国と地域に展開するグループ会社と連携し、顧客の製品の稼働状況から設備の運用サポート、分析技術のコンサルティングなどを提供する「Service Life Cycle Management（サービスライフサイクルマネジメント)」の構築を加速する。
